Following the aim to integrate international early career researchers in teaching, advance their individual teaching skills & support their research careers the following criteria will be reviewed:

• Formal completeness of the application & quality of the application
• Status of teaching acitivities: new, additional or higher-level teaching acitivities
• Comprehensive description of the teaching activities (incl. organisational details and integration in chair and study course)
• Personal aims and motivation of the applicants: impact of the teaching activities for their personal and career development
• Agreement with the supervisors to guide the teaching experiences of the doctoral researchers
